Cancellation & Refund Policy

The subscription

ScriptDesk is sold as a monthly subscription for each pharmacy: ₹100 a month, plus GST as applicable. Every new pharmacy first gets a free trial of 30 days; nothing is charged for the trial and no card is asked for.

You pay from inside ScriptDesk (the Subscription tab) for one month, three months or a year at a time. Nothing is ever taken from your account automatically: there is no auto-debit and no standing instruction.

Cancelling

You can stop at any time simply by not renewing. Your subscription runs until the end of the period you paid for. Your records stay on your own computer: you can still open, print and export them after the subscription ends, and we never delete them.

Refunds

A subscription period that has already started is not refundable, in full or in part, except where the law requires it.

If you were charged twice for the same period, or paid by mistake, write to info@scriptdesk.in within 7 days of the payment, with your store's name, the mobile number registered with it and the Razorpay payment reference. An approved refund is sent back to the same card, bank account or UPI ID within 7 working days.

If money left your account but the payment failed, your bank or Razorpay returns it by itself, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
